Istanbul, Türkiye – The countdown to Eurasia Rail 2027 has begun. From 24–26 March 2027, the international railway industry will return to Istanbul for the 12th edition of Eurasia Rail – International Railway, Light Rail Systems, Infrastructure and Logistics Exhibition, one of the world's leading meeting points for the railway sector.

Organised by ICA Events, Eurasia Rail brings together railway operators, infrastructure authorities, rolling stock manufacturers, technology providers, suppliers, government representatives, buyers and decision-makers from Türkiye and international markets.

As a biennial event, every edition provides an important opportunity for the industry to reconnect, evaluate how the market has evolved and discover the technologies and partnerships shaping the next generation of rail transportation.

Where Global Rail Meets Opportunity

Eurasia Rail's significance extends beyond the exhibition floor.

Supported by the Ministry of Transport and Infrastructure of the Republic of Türkiye, TCDD and TCDD Taşımacılık, the exhibition provides an important environment for public- and private-sector stakeholders to exchange expertise, explore investment opportunities and discuss the future direction of railway and urban mobility.

The 2025 edition demonstrated this role through three days of discussions addressing strategic transport corridors, infrastructure investment, digital transformation, signalling systems, cybersecurity, IoT-based networks, artificial intelligence, sustainable infrastructure and resilient mobility.

Major industry agreements were also formalised during the exhibition, demonstrating Eurasia Rail's ability to provide a setting not only for discussion, but for meaningful industry collaboration.

The Railway Industry Returns to Istanbul in March 2027

When Eurasia Rail returns in March 2027, the industry will meet against a rapidly changing global transport landscape.

Railways are becoming increasingly important to international conversations surrounding sustainable mobility, resilient supply chains, smart cities, digitalisation and cross-border connectivity. At the same time, new technologies are transforming rolling stock, infrastructure, signalling, passenger experience and railway operations.

Eurasia Rail 2027 will bring these conversations, technologies and opportunities together under one roof.

For exhibiting companies, the event provides an opportunity to showcase products and technologies directly to a specialised professional audience, strengthen relationships within Türkiye's railway sector and develop new international business connections.

For visitors, it provides access to leading manufacturers, suppliers, technologies and expertise while creating opportunities to identify new partners and understand the developments shaping the future of rail.

Türkiye at the Crossroads of Global Rail Connectivity

Türkiye's strategic position connecting Europe, Asia and the Middle East gives Eurasia Rail a distinctive role on the international railway calendar.

As investment continues in railway infrastructure, urban transportation, logistics corridors and cross-border connectivity, Istanbul provides a natural meeting point for companies seeking opportunities across Türkiye and surrounding markets.

Eurasia Rail Exhibition Director Semi Benbanaste said:

“Eurasia Rail has established itself as an important international meeting point for the railway industry, bringing together the public and private sectors, international companies, buyers and decision-makers.

As we prepare for our 12th edition, our focus is on building on that momentum and creating an even stronger platform for the global railway community when it returns to Istanbul in March 2027.
