The 24th Kazakhstan International Building and Interior Exhibition, Astana Build, was held from May 29 to 31 at EXPO IEC in Astana, Kazakhstan. This year, the traditional ribbon-cutting ceremony was omitted to show solidarity with regions affected by recent floods. The event drew 1 764 visitors from 23 countries, featuring 94 companies from 9 countries: Belarus, Germany, India, Kazakhstan, Canada, China, Russia, Ukraine, and Uzbekistan. International exhibitors made up 53% of the total, with 44% being first-time participants, showcasing the latest trends and technologies in construction and interiors.

 

Background

 

Since 1999, Astana Build has been the premier construction and interior exhibition for central and northern Kazakhstan. Held annually in the capital city, Astana, the exhibition features a diverse profile including building materials and equipment, finishing materials and interiors, windows, doors and facades, heating and ventilation, water supply and sanitary ware, ceramics and stone, and road construction. The event also hosts a comprehensive business program with conferences, seminars, master classes, round tables, and B2B meetings.
